Cancellation/Alteration by Genuine Morocco

Due to the nature of our tours, certain situations (adverse weather conditions for example) may mean that we will need to change the expected itinerary of your chosen tour. If this is the case, we will advise you as soon as we become aware of any such situation. We will do everything possible to keep the tour as close to the original itinerary as possible. In some cases, however, we may be forced to cancel the tour for reasons beyond our control “force majeure”. If this is the case, you will be entitled to a full refund minus any costs already incurred by us. If we cancel a tour for any reason other than force majeure, you will receive a full refund from us. No further compensation will be payable by us.

If you are unsure about any of our booking conditions, please feel free to contact us.

What Our Guests are Saying

“My wife I enjoyed a great tour of Morocco with Genuine Morocco, traveling by car with, an experienced guide who speaks excellent English. We visited Casablanca, Rabat, Fez and Marrakech, each for a day or two, with tours led by local guides. The final stop was in Essaouira, an Atlantic coastal town with a magnificent beach and a very active fishing industry.”
