One woman mixes this paste with warm water and kneads it by hand, allowing the pure Argan oil to rise to the surface. The leftover dough, or Tazegmount, is protein-rich and used for cosmetics and animal feed. After learning about the entire process, enjoy a Berber lunch at the cooperative.
